Water Extraction

Water extraction is the first step in remediation. It is imperative to do this step as soon as possible as to not cause further damage to your home or business. After assessing contaminated area, we will use extraction tools to remove standing water, contaminated substances or other materials impacted by flooding.

Then comes containment, where we will block off affect area and prep for the dry out process.

Removal & Disposal

After the area is contained and cleaned out then begins the removal and disposal. Our professionals will remove and damaged or contaminated materials and remove them from your home or business

Structural Drying

Structural drying is the next step in the remediation process. It is the removal of the excess moisture from building material ( i.e. drywall etc.) in a quick and efficient amount of time. Our state of the art drying equipment make that an easy task.

This involves circulating the air to prevent more saturation which can lead to mold and other rotting of materials. Drying the area with a dehumidifier will collect all excess water trapped inside building materials that may not be wet to the touch.

Mold can cause many health effects such as sore throat or coughing all the way to lung infections for people with any underlying health condition. Mold will grow anywhere there is moisture. Therefore it is very important to make sure we disinfect the area properly to set you up for success in the future.

Once all areas have been cleaned and cleared then comes reconstruction, to restore area to its original condition. We have an in house general contractor to provide any and all services needed to make that happen.

It is important to have your air ducts cleaned to improve air quality, eliminate irritants , odors and improve airflow. Over time air ducts can accumulate allergens, contaminants and micro-organisms.

Paint fumes, dust, dirt, and even cleaning agents can get trapped in air ducts. Especially after any kind of remediation or reconstruction in your home or business. Therefore causing your HVAC system to work harder longer and not as efficient. Not to mention exacerbating allergies and asthma issues.
